We will attempt to respond and fix your problems ASAP, so please give detailed descriptions of your problem and what happens on your PC when the problem occurs. It is hard to troubleshoot these things via E-Mail so please be explicit and provide as much information as you can. Failing to do so will only slow down the time it takes to get your problem fixed. So PLEASE help us help you and give all the details that you canin your letter to the webmaster.

If you are writing with password problems, be certain you are using the proper upper and lower case letters in your passwords as they are CaSe SeNsItIvE and will not work if you are not using CAPITAL LETTERS and small letters in the proper places. Remember not to include any extra spaces as the system sees those as characters.

Letters to Missy will be answered by her when she has time in her busy schedule and may not always be answered immediately. Please allow time for a response.
