trouble with billing, passwords or access to the member's area,
please E-Mail the Webmaster of Extrememissy.com. These letters
will have priority and will be dealt with daily basis. We will
attempt to respond and fix your problems ASAP, so please give
detailed descriptions of your problem and what happens on your
PC when the problem occurs. It is hard to troubleshoot these things
via E-Mail so please be explicit and provide as much information
as you can. Failing to do so will only slow down the time it takes
to get your problem fixed. So PLEASE help us help you and give
all the details that you canin your letter to the webmaster.
If you are writing with password problems, be certain you are using the proper upper and lower case letters in your passwords as they are CaSe SeNsItIvE and will not work if you are not using CAPITAL LETTERS and small letters in the proper places. Remember not to include any extra spaces as the system sees those as characters.
Letters
